What defines high-quality Thermoplastic Road Marking Material? It begins with the resin. At our China-based factory, we utilize premium maleic resins and C5 petroleum resins that offer superior bond strength to asphalt and concrete. This ensures that the marking doesn't peel under the stress of heavy vehicle braking or extreme thermal expansion.
Advanced Reflectivity: We incorporate high-index glass beads directly into the thermoplastic powder. As the marking wears down over time, new beads are exposed, maintaining a consistent Level 1 or Level 2 retro-reflectivity (RL) throughout the material's lifespan. This is critical for night-time safety and autonomous vehicle sensor detection.
